First HR called you and arrange an appointment for the interview. The phone call from the position manager asked several questions about motivation or technical skills. Explain the role, and asked your expectations. It was concluded in a few weeks.

It lasted 3 months and role was changed in the last interview without notice or further explanation of it. The overall experience was goo,d but confusing with periods of no communication

The interview process was good and fair. A few technical questions were involved, in addition to standard questions about past work experiences. There was a very long delay between the interview itself and feedback, however (2 months).
