These people are extremely intelligent and they know what they are doing. This was a very straightforward process that undoubtedly yielded the results we were both looking for. He said he's going to interview me and I'm going to interview him we're going to have a conversation and we're going to figure out if this is the right fit. It was not the right fit and we both knew it and I hope he found someone amazing. Respectful and prompt.

The interview process was good and fair. A few technical questions were involved, in addition to standard questions about past work experiences. There was a very long delay between the interview itself and feedback, however (2 months).
