First a direct call with the manager. Then a number of telephonic interviews. I was then called for an onsite interview. There was a one hour technical talk, followed by 5 30 mins interviews. Few days later HR phoned me to ask my salary expectations, next day he offered me the job.

One or two telephonic interviews take place to screen candidates. Then you are asked to appear at company premise for interview. It starts with a presentation of your work done at previous company. I did not bring power point file, so i presented on board. After this there can be 2 to 4 technical interviews on same day.
