I received an email to schedule an interview in June and never heard back from the recruiter. I then received another email from a different recruiter to set up and interview in August. Why was there a time gap? The first interview was with two individuals. One had their camera on while the other did not which I found to be highly unprofessional. My second interview was with members of the team; some clearly never interviewed anyone before and were reading off of a interview question list from the internet. The same people were not engaged with the questions and answers provided as they were playing with the pets and looking down, probably at their phones. Overall, it was a strange experience and I would not recommend this to anyone else.
