Initial interview with basic questions as well as you getting 5 minutes to review IC and then 'train' them on one aspect of it. Second interview with you training the team on a subject of your choice along with answering questions from a group of current employees

Fairly straightforward. 30 minute phone screen, HR interview, Manager interview. Some interviews take a few hours. Nothing to prepare for really. The whole process takes too long if you ask me. Initially got a rejection email, then I got another interview request. Seemed a bit disorganized.
