Interview experience was mixed. The interviewer seemed underprepared initially and reviewed the resume during the interview itself. The interaction felt a bit uncomfortable in the beginning, with interruptions during self introduction and assumptions around candidate behavior during the coding round. The interview became ok towards the end, but overall the communication style and interview flow could have been handled better to create a more comfortable environment for candidates.

4 rounds, 3 Technical, 1 HR In the technical rounds they were asking about the LLM fine tuning and rag. Since my profile was based more on AI engineering, so this is what was relevant to the interview at that point of time.
