applied online to a fulltime position with posted pay range. 3 in person interviews in Pittsford, NY. Backend lead, majority shareholder, CEO. Only saw 2 other employees in the very large offices which were dark and empty. Received an offer for a temporary hourly position nearly half the posted rate.
