While our interview process is rigorous, Infinite understands time is valuable, both for those we represent and for our clients.
Infinite’s interview process begins with a preliminary screen by an internal recruiter. Upon completion of the initial screen, a candidate may, or may not, be advanced to a technical screen. In this process, a senior engineer and/or a tenured employee will begin the interview (which is typically an hour long). This interview starts with basic questions and increases in complexity, depending on candidate responses. If a candidate is unable to adequately answer basic and intermediate questions, the interview may be ended at that time. If it is determined a candidate does not meet the basic requirements, as set forth by our client, the specific feedback will be shared with the candidate. This feedback will include areas of strength, in addition to areas requiring further development, as required to succeed in this particular program.
