I had my first (there's two stages for this position) interview just over two weeks ago, a couple days before Christmas weekend. I was told I'd hear back before the New Year within a week. Not heard anything back, messaged the interviewer directly to chase up the application but no word (chased up 3 working days ago).

Interview process is lengthy. It could be several days or even a week before you hear back. This place receives a lot of applications. Expect a phone screen and several in-person and phone or Skype interviews with various executives and managers (some of them in other time zones).
