Started with a 30-minute phone interview. Later came in for an in-person interview which involved verbally answering questions, discussing experience and career goals. Then there was a programming portion where you had one hour to complete three tasks.

Nothing all that unexpected. Reasonably easy if you don't over-think the problems and realize you're under time pressure so you can't spend too much time looking up information.
