Right now the position is very competitive. Yes, we hold a 3 round interview process, in order to pick the top candidates. Our interview process, usually lasts 1 - 2 days. Initially, we hold 1 on 1 interviews, followed by a group general presentation that anyone can listen to. If and when the candidate is selected for a second interview, the candidate may request to conduct a 1-on-1 or group second round. The 3rd and final round will be 1-on-1, with the hiring manager, making the final decisions which takes only 2 mins tops.
