I submitted a portfolio through their website and was called about a week or two later to come in for an interview. I interviewed with 3 team members including a current graphic designer. They called me a week later and asked me to come back in and they extended an offer to me then.

The interview is not structured like a typical interview. It is a very candid 'conversation' almost, wherein the interviewers try to gauge who you are and what you enjoy doing. Do not come prepared with your 5 best and worst qualities because they will not ask you.
