Had an interview with the Studio in Q1 2023. I made it clear to the recruiters that I do not have time for technical tests as I am already busy doing other things. They insisted on making me doing their tests which take 4 hours to complete. I have insisted that I did not want to do it, and if they still want me to do it, they will have to give me full package should I succeed. I did the test, and crushed it. It was long with moderate difficulty. But then I went on to complete it. They told me afterwards that the tests went well. And they proceeded to offer me a job with less capacity than the one that I applied for. I hear you telling me that perhaps the tests did not go as good as I thought, but I am telling you they confirmed that I did very fine on the tests. Long story short, they wasted my time, and I have already insisted on not doing tests because I do not have time for that, and I was ready to cancel my application because I used to succeed in most of the tests that I do. But did not get a proper offer eventhough in some scenarios my solution was just 100% (Succeeding a dozen unit tests scenarios).
