Three-step process. Great communication throughout. Kind, genuine people. Hiring team was open to answering my questions during each stage of the interview process. Questions were role-specific and situational - seemingly looking for a good cultural and technical fit.

Was about 3 weeks long and at first moved pretty quickly and positively. The third round involved presenting a “project,” spending hours doing free work to present during an interview. Found out from colleagues also interviewing here that they had similar experiences. Waste of time.
