I was asked to complete a brief before the 1st interview to see if I could get an in-person interview. Once this task was completed, I was then asked to brainstorm with the team the idea. It was clear that the brief was live and I was used to helping brainstorm some approaches. Which then led to me being told I was creative enough for the job.
