The interview process was well-structured and organized, with friendly recruiters who created a comfortable atmosphere. Their professionalism and support helped me feel at ease, confident, and able to navigate each interview stage successfully.

First interview is with HR. The HR is very nice and answer our questions regarding the company clearly. The questions for the interviewee was related to the working and education backgrounds how it's aligned with the position.

The interview process was basically 3 steps. First one with a recruiter then they schedule another with someone else then they have you do a “class” for a week which you’re still in the interview phase and if you pass you’re placed on a waiting list. They will contact you about an opportunity to do another interview for that client and if you don’t pass they don’t tell you they just leave you in the open clueless . Honestly if you really need a job I would not recommend influx because they are unprofessional and the time is not worth it but at the end of the day money is needed
