I interviewed with Infobeans in May for Talent Acquisition role. I received call from Infobeans, the person did my screening call and told he will get back to me about the technical round on Monday, I did multiple follow ups, he did not respond and on Friday I finally got confirmation for technical round. I cleared technical and got eligible for Hr round. This round went well too, and did not receive any negative signal. I waited for 2 weeks, did follow up via email and calls but HR did not pick up my phone. I don’t understand how much efforts do it take on HR’s part to just inform selected/not selected/on hold/ no clarity yet from the top management. You may not have the policy to revert back to a candidate but at least respect those who follow up with you. I have maintained professionalism since day one and almost agreed upon everything, but lack of communication led to a very disappointing experiencing. Future candidates, please make sure that at the end of the final interview you ask them to revert to you, else they wont bother. Company won’t understand the anxiety and sleepless nights of those who are looking for job urgently. I did not expect a “people first environment and great place to work company” to be this disrespectful towards the candidates who could have potential to be your permanent employee.
