All of it was one way- The interview was a one way interview, and was fairly easy to do and understand. I was contacted via email about every step. Next is the technical test to see if your equipment at home works, and then they contact via email if they're ready to move forward with you or not. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Easy process and smooth. I don’t have anything negative to say. Everything was done by email and there was instant communication. I was given an email address if i had any issues or questions.
