I applied for the position online and recieved a phone call few days later. The initial call was focused on me as a person to ensure that I would fit into the company culture. The second stage was a day at the office with the team. This day consisted of few meetings/interviews with different employees in the company that I would have been working with, and the COO for a more formal assesment of my abilities. The time in the office was very nice, and I was treated with upmost respect and care. The only downside was that when I emailed about further feedback, there was no response. Side note: Since the interview I have changed my career and moved away from marketing which has made me a lot happier, but without having an opportunity to visit InfoSum and put my skills to the test I wouldn't have discovered my hidden talents. If you are considering a role at InfoSum I would highly recommend giving them a go. They are motivated and positive individuals who without a doubt will impress the right candidates.
