I had 2 interviews and 1 recruitment assignment. HR department really made whole interviewing experience pleasant. They care about cultural fit and during recruitment proces that is the focus. Even the industry is very specific, after interview you get bigger picture and things are clear.

The interview process was structured and have a survey for the candidate experience. The interviewer also asked a technical questions.
The Interview process was smooth and done remotely. Overall, as a candidate you feel that the company take the interview seriously
