Interview was fine, but after that they had test with required ideas of improvement, which we mostly used to leach creative ones. I did not get feedback why I was declined.

Excellent and Motivated. Great team and organization. They respected time and schedule, very modern, well prepared. Could not expect more. There are two stages of interview. First part is general part. Overview of your previous jobs. The second part is more business oriented and specific.
