The 3-phase interview process was smooth and professional. The recruiter was clear and communicative, providing a great overview of the role and what to expect. The technical round was well-structured, with fair and relevant questions that focused on real-world problem-solving. In the final round with management and HR, the conversation was engaging and gave great insight into the team and company culture. Overall, a very positive and respectful experience.

HR was really nice. We talked about everything, me, tech stack I used, my expectations and so on.
What I didn't like is next step where we had technical interview. They looked like they didn't want to be there. Wanted to get specific answer they had in their head, if you tried to explain solution with your own words, if it didn't overlap with their idea, they wouldn't accept even if it was correct.

Describe architecture of project you worked in your previous company
Online interview with multiple people from the company, took 1 hour but it went by pretty quickly. They talked about the company, what technologies they use etc. then asked about me and my skills. A few theoretical questions but not trivial/unnecessary ones, so it was good.
