The recruiter contacted me with LinkedIn. After taking a 30 minute phone interview with the hiring manager, I was told to take the proctored CCAT tests for cognition and personality evaluation. Then there was no any updated about the tests and next steps.
In my opinion, those CCAT tests don't make any sense. The hiring process should be focused on the candidate's skillsets and experience, instead of some ridiculous personality tests.
I should not waste time on the job application for Infoblox.
