The whole Recruitment process was divided into 4 parts. First round was online test based on aptitude, logical reasoning, some basic programming and testing based questions and verbal ability. I successfully crossed the first hurdle. Then comes the second round i. e. Coding Round. Here a program based on matrix was given and we have to solve within 1 hour. It consists of 10 test cases that needs to be passed to qualify the round. As this was my time, I was little nervous but hopefully got my name shortlisted for the face to face interview round. I was very happy. Many of them were sent back as huge crowd was present. I started revising my concepts. As I was from EC branch, I was feeling more pressure about the questions that going to be asked by the interviewer. My friend, who was also shortlisted helped me alot in gaining confidence. And then the time came, my name has been called. I just went inside with full confidence and a smiling face. The interviewer was a senior employer and was very polite and kind. His first question was "Are you tired? I said," yes but the feeling of reaching here has overcome everything". So I am more happy. He smiled. He also offered me snacks that was kept on the table but I denied. Then he went through my resume and started asking questions : Do you know java also? Concepts on OOPS Program to find fibonacci using recursion. Sql queries & how to delete table schema? As my branch is EC so he also asked questions on Gates, universal gates, flip flop J&k Asked Some logical questions on aptitude. And then say I am done, do you want to ask something. I said no and thank you. Then there was a HR round. She asked basic questions about whether you location issues? I said no. Then she asked about family. What's your plan for further studies? And some more general questions. That's it. After this I came out and started waiting for final results. Finally at 7:00 pm result was announced. My name was at 5 and finally I got placed. But I didn't join the company because there was a bond of 33 months and they were asking a BANK Guarantee of Rs. 1,00,000 /-. For service agreement of 33 months, I was not having any problem but I was unable to arrange whole 1 Lac rupee. I also requested them to take in installment or you can deduct it from my salary in emi basis but they decline my request. So unwillingly I have not joined the company.
