Reached out by their recruiter, very friendly process overall. Recruiter made sure everything was done to succeed and to make you comfortable during the interview process - great sign of a great culture. Second step is with hiring manager or project director usually followed by a case study, offer comes afterwards if you are successful. Process pretty quick and very good package. I finally did get the offer, but declined due to other opportunities at my company. If I had to change my employer I would definitely go there!

Hiring was partly done over the phone since the interviewers were either in St Paul, MN or in Sweden. After two interviews, I was called up by the local HR in Manila for a Job Offer. Nowadays however, I do believe there are very few phone interviews since the organization in Manila is already pretty much complete and a lot of the folks outside the Philippines regularly travel to Manila to conduct interviews.
