Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Infor (Hyderabad) nel mese di giu 2017
Colloquio
I got the opportunity through an employee of Infor. It was an Employee Referral Drive. The 1st round was a Written Test conducted on May consisting of 100 question which had to be completed in 90 Minutes. Areas tested are General Aptitude, SDLC Concepts, DBMS, and General Programming skills. The written was conducted on 27th May 2017. They act as if they do everything in a jet speed. But, on the contrary, they are slower than a sloth. The interview was conducted on 30th June 2017. They told that the results will be announced in a week, but they took over a month.
Note:"Please note that candidates will be waiting for your respose"

The interview process took 1 month, from the initial interview up to the job offer. There's a 1 week gap every interview, I guess that's a normal process. Shout out to Jem, very accommodating from start to the end of the interview process. The technical interview is fairly easy. The hiring team is amazing and they are all cool. All in all, the interview process is great and amazing. Very generous offer as well. Thank you.

For the technical, it is live coding and some technical questions. For the final interview, it's mostly culture fit. They'll check if you are really fit for the team. Mostly behavioral and situational. And they asked me about my previous tasks and projects

The interview process had the usual steps (submit a resume, get an initial phone call interview from HR, and have an technical interview). During the technical interview, the interviewer (fellow software developer from the hiring manager's team) was more focused on my resume's design and not it's contents. My alma mater has a different resume design for fresh graduates and for some reason, my interviewer wanted to know more why I chose to not follow that university's resume design.
That was mostly the interview topic. When the interviewer asked if I had any questions, I asked about the tech stack used and other project details, to learn more about what the project is about (i.e. payroll processes, bank reconciliation processes, etc.) Interviewer's response was "why didn't I ask this with HR?" to which I replied, "I did but they recommended to check during the tech interview since this is the avenue where I can get more details". I didn't bother to proceed with the next steps since the overall experience was unprofessional and inappropriate.
