Where do i begin? After I was let go from my last role, someone who was connected with me told me about the role BACK IN JANUARY. I went with the interview process, then they selected an internal candidate in March. Then another role was opened and I went through three interviews and it was filed with another internal candidate. Then in May, the same thing happened and it took all the way to June 25th for them to go with ANOTHER INTERNAL CANDIDATE. This process of dangling the carrot in my face for nearly 6 months knowing that I have a family to support has caused stress and anxiety towards my mental health that they put me through this during the whole time. Especially since I am 30 more days away from losing MY HOME!
