Interview process went well and HR used to update on time for each round...Happy join with Informatica . Got offer with expected amount as salary I will recommend this company to many of friends and people from Informatica are well deciplubes

One day I got call from HR that my resume got shorlisted for their requirement as Senior QA Engineer. I attended telephonic interview cleared that round . For two times I had visited for their campus for face to face round.For each face to face round I had travelled 40 kms. As I am working in that domain for past 8 years I had cleared both rounds. HR asked me to upload all documenta. Negotiated in such way that there is no difference in fixed pay what I am getting from my present organisation. Agreed to accept because its brand so that I can settle down there for longer time. I got job proposal CTC, discusssed with HR and got clarified about every thing as part of my CTC. After releasing proposed CTC they delayed in sending offer letter.One day I suddenly got mail from HR that this position is under hold due to some internal changes. Over all interview process took me 2 months. They wasted my time and as well as their time. Very good professionalism I have seen in their recruiting process. I never came across such situation in my eight years of career. Each interview they took up to one hour.

The interview process was very tiring and time-consuming. It took almost 8 hrs to complete all the rounds that too in a weekday. There were 5 rounds, out of which 3 technical and rest managerial and HR rounds. I have cleared all the rounds and at last, had the HR interview to discuss the salary and other benefits. After all these rounds finished, I received a mail after 2 days for documentation, on which I replied with the necessary docs asked. Since then I didn't receive any communication from them and its been more than a month now. When I called HR, she was initially not picking up my phone but finally, she did. When I asked her about the status, she rudely replied saying the position is closed and we will get back to you if we come across any such requirements in the near future. Now, I don't see any reason to reject my profile after clearing every round with very good feedback, and moreover, I have only 1 month of notice period to serve so even this can't be a reason. My suggestion to the Company is to give a proper justification for why you are rejecting a candidate after all the documentation and everything. Please understand that an Interviewee has to take a day off to attend the interview , if he/she didn't heard back from you, he/she feels cheated. This bring down the employer's reputation and motivation to join among the candidates. Hope this issue will be addressed soon, and nobody will face this which I had to face. Thanks, An Interviewee
