1 manager round
1 round by senior technical person like staff engineer/ architect/ principle engineer
1 round by BU head/director
Few more rounds once you enter in the company although informal with 'other' people in the team.
3 months of probation with new employee orientation for 2 days where people brag about the company and where it's product stands in gartner magic quadrant.
If this does not leave you frustrated, you get more in terms of pestering employees/ co-workers on a daily basis.
