there are totally 3 rounds, first round initial call, second round meeting with team leader, 3rd round, meeting with country manager. Both face to face and videos call. The overall process is around 4 weeks.

Earlier rounds were standard questions, and later rounds were technical questions. The final round was a long demo that required downloading the same software that customers use. It was frustrating how long it took to prepare.
