Colloquio
I had 2 rounds of interviews both semi-technical/behavioral. Both people I spoke with were very nice to talk to and relaxed. It was a pretty smooth sailing experience. I appreciated that the technical portions of the interview focused on translatable skills, rather than leetcode/any other obnoxious “testing” process.

Colloquio
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. After a couple of phone screens (which were basic enough), I was scheduled for a Skype interview. I did pretty well on the Skype. After the Skype interview, I was given an online test I had to finish. I did well on the test and got the offer letter. However, my offer was contingent on getting a public trust security clearance, which I was assured would take 2-3 weeks at most. I submitted all the paperwork on the second day, and it wasn't submitted until a couple of weeks later. I kept following up regularly, even though I was being kept completely in the dark, and they always maintained that everything was going fine and the clearance process was being delayed because of the holiday season. I turned down other offers because they insisted everything was fine and that I was very close to getting the clearance and that I would be onboarding very shortly. After 2 whole months, they told me that the contract they hired me for didn't have the necessary funding and that they couldn't hire me anymore. After more than 2 months. The founder of Infostellar was completely unprofessional about the whole thing. And this isn't an isolated case. I know this happened with at least 3 other developers (according to the recruiter).
My suggestion: Don't apply for a job here and don't bother interviewing with them. They're just going to waste your time with false promises and you're going to be left stranded with no job.

Their recruiter reached out to me, had a technical phone interview with the hiring manager followed by a video conference interview a couple of days later. Received an offer a few fays later and went through the on boarding process ONLY FOR THEM TO TELL ME THE POSITION IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE.
I declined another strong offer to accept their position of a Sr. Agile .Net Developer and went through the clearance process, they suddenly stopped communications and when I asked, they said "the client changed the requirements and the position is no longer available." Who does that?? And not even care to let you know?? Horrible!! Be very careful!
