First I appeared for the qualifying aptitude test which was of moderate level and test is itself the key because whoever qualified that test almost got offer letter in my college
Success rate was about 95% at interview stage

Oops concepts are must if you've mentioned any object oriented programming language in your resume
Multiple rounds including face to face and aptitude depending on the role type and resume and project related questions were asked with focus on technical concepts including data structures and algorithms
The recruitment process started with an online assessment that included aptitude, reasoning, verbal ability, and programming questions. Candidates who cleared the assessment were invited for a technical and HR interview. The interview lasted around 30 minutes and focused on Java fundamentals, projects mentioned in the resume, OOP concepts, certifications, and basic HR questions. The interviewers were friendly and gave sufficient time to answer.
