Extremely unprofessional. I appeared for interview at the Mississauga, Canada office. I had clearly explained to recruiter that I'm looking for a Managerial role, and not a coding/developer/engineer role. I was informed by recruiter that based on my profile, a senior role would be offered depending on interview performance & selection. I travel to their office, and the 1st thing I was asked if I can code. I said no, and walked out (after explaining that they need to align their recruitment teams with hiring teams. They have a group of recruiters operating from offshore, with no connect with hiring teams, and just shortlisting profiles, while the hiring team isn't even reviewing them. Time & money wasted.

Two step process
1. Technical Round
2. HR round
Technical round was good and challenging. Good questions were asked regarding the project i worked on
HR was bad. Did not even wanted to increase my current salary. Told as I have done BSC my experience will be cut down by 1 year even though interviewer suggested lead position and the desired pay.
Not sure why they waste time of interviewee if they know the details before hand. Just want to exploit Indian engineers by giving peanuts
