Colloquio
It consisted of two rounds - Technical and HR. The first round was mainly focussed on the CV and some questions related to Finance (MBA specialisation). The second round was a normal conversation with HR like background, location, compensation, etc. No negotiation happened since they have fixed salary band. Overall, it was easy to crack.
The interview process consisted of an initial screening, followed by technical and managerial rounds. Questions focused on skills, experience, problem-solving abilities, and role suitability, concluding with discussions on expectations and availability.
