the inteview process take just 1 day .
the first round is aptitude test and then in 2nd round accent is checked.
After that there will be a group discussion session where you will be given a topic to speak for about 2-5 minutes
Finally operations round where your decission taking skills are checked.

1.Aptitude - Maths questions, email writing, voice based questions basic excel questions basic English questions were asked
2. Manager round - basic questions were asked based on your resume
In 2018, it was on campus,
1) online assessment (typical reasoning etc)
2) interview (which was mainly Managerial and also based on resume).
Mostly female candidates got easy questions than male candidates( this is based on experience of my friends and myself)
1 interview with the recruiter and then you wait for them to ring and offer you the job, Easy and straightforward, It's a minimum wage role, so they accept whoever apply
