1. 1st round : technical discussion, was good panel was friendly. Questions were good too. Enjoyed the interview. It was about 30mins discussion. But the waiting time even after having a call was around 3.5hrs. (CLEARED THIS ROUND) After waiting another hour, 2. Hr discussions : They started the conversation with "the biggest problem is salary" the best offer they were giving for this position was 1.25 lacs less then what i was currently earning. They make you fill the form with your expected salary. Even if the expected salary is 6 lacs more than the budget they have for the position, they short list your profile (which is very poor management, which could result in waste of time of all the parties involved) P.S : while you'll be waiting for the interview they won't even tell it'll take time and you can have your lunch and all, if you miss thier call that'll result in you waiting even more time. Recommendation to company : Improve the HR process, at least filter the profiles off based on your budget and candidate's expectation. DO NOT WASTE TIME OF PEOPLE OF BOTH PARTIES.
