I have given 3 rounds of interview including a round with one of clients and i have been through all the rounds and i selected for the position. The mistake was going through a scam consultancy Joules2Watts. Infosys, please stop having scamming consultancies like Joules2Watts handle your contracting positions. They have sent me an email that i was selected with Infosys and asked for all the documents. As i am a legitimate employee with actual experience, i have everything in place. Now since its a consulting company, they have taken an employee with a fake experience as that person has paid some amount of money to them. This was told to me directly by the HR from J2W that they have another employee hired for my position as he has a lesser package and they will make money out of the employee. I have a very good opinion about Infosys as my own siblings are working as full time employees in your organisation. Infosys do you need fake employees to work for prestigious clients of yours ? Why dont you have a procedure to speak to the employee or atleast a followup with the availability of the employee instead of taking the words of the consultancy company ? You have a very good reputation, please dont spoil it by these kind of scamming companies.
