An interview was conducted by a Supply Chain consultant. was CV based interview. Focus was mainly on various projects done, key learnings, what recommndations we provided. wanted to check the thought process

The interview process consisted of four distinct rounds: an initial HR screening for cultural fit, followed by an intensive Technical round focusing on core competencies. This was followed by a Managerial interview to discuss project leadership and team dynamics, concluding with a final HR discussion regarding expectations and next steps.
