Colloquio
1st round: Technical interview (telephonic) lasted for 1/2 hour
2nd round: Was asked to come their office (Jersey City) lasted for ~50 minutes, all questions were from my resume, my roles, responsibilities, flexibilty in working hours etc..
3rd round: HR interview..absolutely no negotiations took place, compensation was not competitive...

2. Managerial - 15 mins
3. HR - 10 mins
You need to give the technical round very well other rounds are not very hard.

1 technical and an HR round. In Technical Round they focussed mostly on Software engineering questions (mostly Object Oriented Programming), scenario based questions and explain the projects you have worked in.

Long and very confusing at time, talked to maybe 15 different people through the entire process and rarely did not know who i should be following up with. Not a very good impression of a company im considering working for.
