My university hosted an Infosys recruiting seminar where I added my name to the list saying I was interested. Shortly after, a recruiter reached out to schedule a phone HR screening. They asked me to tell them about myself and my background and what I was looking for in a company. They then sent me Pymetrics games to complete and then the next day scheduled the technical interview for the following week. In the technical interview there were 2 panelists. They both said they weren't managers just 2 people within the company. One did the technical questions one behavioral. During the technical they asked me about the languages listed on my resume and if I was familiar with others. They asked me general programming questions, Python, Bootstrap, JavaScript and SQL. She was sure to tell me even if I didn't know the answer it was okay and to just say that, they weren't going to mark me down for what I didn't know they just wanted to see what I already knew. The behavioral asked me questions about how I work in a team. Overall a really good experience. The gave me time to ask them questions about the company at the end. Only took about 40 minutes.

The interview process consisted of an online assessment followed by a virtual interview. The interviewer focused on communication skills, problem-solving ability, basic technical knowledge, and project experience. The process was smooth and professional, and the questions were mostly related to my background, skills, and career goals.
