Process took 1 complete month. 2 technical Interview and 1 HR. Worst hiring process. First interview was done on scheduled time but for second interview interviewer called on personal number on sunday noon for technical round without informing. After all the rounds, HR came with very low salary even after i said yes to it, when i was waiting for the offer letter, HR called me and told me that your experience is low for current profile so we cannot process this further. When you guys are taking documents and forms with all the details in advance, after 1 month and all the processes, you find the criteria not satisfying, which is surely not acceptable. If you guys want best employees for you organisation, first make yourself best and offer best salary to deserving candidates, don't waste others time and efforts.
