There are 3 rounds of interview 1. Technical 2. Managerial 3.Hr ( Salary Discussion) 1st round was happened 15 days later after my application submitted 2nd round was happened 2 weeks later after 1st round had completed 3rd round was also same it was also happened after 2 weeks In 3rd round they come with salary negotiation which I expect 30% of current pay they come with 30% of lesser than my current pay and that to with 15 of salary is variable pay. I already mentioned my current salary and my expectations while submitting the application I don't know these Infosys people are dumb or not They will take weeks to months together for review the application but they don't see salary expectations and current salary ? After all rounds of interviews are completed they will come with we can't meet your expectations. This is worst path that mostly happens with Infosys and Accenture, they are wasting their time and our time not only time they play with our emotions and feelings Note:- If your current salary is greater than 17 lakhs lpa don't apply or don't attend the calls of Infosys or Accenture if all your interview rounds are cleared they will take more time and finally they will say we can't meet your salary expectations. So we can't release the offer.

Its like general interview but they chose a wrong profile for wrong job role. Overall seemed to be very simple interview but because of wrong profile i was not selected.
