My strengths I think is I really like understanding people especially personal behavior and that makes me a good listener, I'm good at planning and organizing. Also I'm a hardworking, patient, flexible person, I like finishing my work on time and learning new things.
And I think my greatest weaknesses is I keep on thinking things and it will not stop until finishing those things on time.

They have tested the communication skills and how do we manage the priority tickets and stakeholders.

The interview process consisted of four distinct rounds: an initial HR screening for cultural fit, followed by an intensive Technical round focusing on core competencies. This was followed by a Managerial interview to discuss project leadership and team dynamics, concluding with a final HR discussion regarding expectations and next steps.
