1st round - Technical round with video for 60 mins 2nd round - Coding round with video for 1:15 mins Both rounds conducted by same person. After the 1st round which lasted for 1 hour, interviewer still wanted a second round as he couldn't evaluate correctly. So interviewer requested for a second round again with the same person. No change at all in the attendee list. Asked the same questions and even reduced my billing rate after 1st round because he felt I am not fully qualified. Then declined after the 2nd round. Not sure what he was looking for. And reducing the billing rate and asking for a second round and then rejecting is not acceptable anywhere.

Same as all other MNC but it will take more time. If you are looking for a good hike then never attend this interview. What ever your expectations may be, they will offer you 'yrs of exp X 2' lakh s max.
