Very bad experience. At the time of interview schedule itself, I have clearly mentioned by expectations and after giving 3 rounds of technical interview HR discussion completed and then agreed on releasing the offer letter as per my confirmation but didn't released the offer letter. Then after followed up, they scheduled one more interview, that also I had cleared after that they were offering only 60% of my current CTC. Infosys HR should alleast understand this simple thing that why a person can join Infosys by degrading their CTC?

The interviewer focused on communication skills, problem-solving ability, basic technical knowledge, and project experience. The process was smooth and professional, and the questions were mostly related to my background, skills, and career goals.

Colloquio
There were 3 Rounds in total. First was the Screening round where they asked basic Behavioral questions, discussed salary. Next was an online assessment which involved 2 coding questions and 10 MCQ's (basic CS concepts). Last round was a technical interview.
