Brief Interview. Grilled me on Fundamentals of my MBA and on processes in service industries. Checked on the technical fundamentals and new technology awareness. After a brief round I was called for the HR interview. It included questions about my movtivation for Infosys and other normal stuff like strengths etc.

The interview process consisted of an initial screening, followed by technical and managerial rounds. Questions focused on skills, experience, problem-solving abilities, and role suitability, concluding with discussions on expectations and availability.

They have tested the communication skills and how do we manage the priority tickets and stakeholders.

Technical knowledge and communication ,troubleshooting skills
The interview process consisted of four distinct rounds: an initial HR screening for cultural fit, followed by an intensive Technical round focusing on core competencies. This was followed by a Managerial interview to discuss project leadership and team dynamics, concluding with a final HR discussion regarding expectations and next steps.
