      1. Application Screening Purpose: Infosys screens resumes to ensure candidates meet the minimum qualifications and have relevant skills or experience. Key Factors: Relevant education (e.g., MBA or relevant certifications). Work experience in consulting, IT, or industry-specific expertise. Highlighted achievements in process improvement, digital transformation, or strategy roles. 2. Online Aptitude/Technical Assessment (Optional) Purpose: If part of the process, this assessment gauges logical reasoning, quantitative ability, and sometimes technical knowledge. Typical Content: Numerical and verbal reasoning. Situational judgment or case-based questions. Domain-specific questions (if applicable). 3. HR Screening/Phone Interview Purpose: A preliminary discussion to understand your motivations, background, and alignment with the role. Sample Questions: Why are you interested in a consultant role at Infosys? Tell us about a project where you led a team or implemented a solution. Are you open to travel and relocation? 4. Case Study Interview Purpose: To evaluate your analytical skills, problem-solving approach, and ability to think under pressure. Process: You may be given a business problem (e.g., how to reduce costs for a manufacturing client, market entry for a tech firm, or optimizing a supply chain). Expected to apply structured frameworks like profitability, market entry, or operations strategy to solve the problem. What They Look For: Logical structure (e.g., MECE framework). Technical/Domain-Specific Interview Purpose: To assess your knowledge of relevant domains (e.g., digital transformation, ERP systems, supply chain optimization) and your ability to apply technical concepts.       It took one online technical interview having sql, power bi and technical questions taking up around 60 minutes, 2nd round was in person at campus having behaviour questions followed by 3rd HR round online.

      It's good interview process and well supported by hr department. Two rounds were happened first one is technical round with two panels and techno managerial round both are great experience.
