First of all only attend the interview here if you are jobless or if your salary is very low.
I got the call directly from company HR..Coming to the interview process the Hrs here don't care at all about candidates time or what they say in screening time during call. ..In the call screening itself i put my salary expectation very clear and HR told that it doesn't matter and they are OK with it..
Interview process is very long, expectations from candidate are more compared to the salary they offer :
1) First round will be written test of 1 hour.
2) Technical f2f
3) Again technical f2f
4) practical test
5) Hr round..
6) HR round with HR head..
I cleared all the rounds and I performed really well in all the rounds as I was the first one to finish all the rounds...Coming to the offer at the end they offered very less and not even a standard hike of 25% i would say..
"12%" hike to current salary are you kidding me??
Not even standard hike for an automation test engineer which is a popular skill right now in the market..
Advice To HR: Please know your budget before calling the candidates for a long interview process..We take leave from the office to attend the interview..
Advice to management : Please Inform budget to your HRs so he stops wasting time of candidates...May work for freshers not for experienced candidate..
