I wouldn't recommend applying for any roles at this company. The overall process was extremely disappointing. From the initial application to my first conversation with the HR team took an unusually long time. While the first call itself was positive, I never received any follow-up communication afterward. After a month of silence, I finally received a rejection email — with no explanation or constructive feedback. This kind of candidate experience reflects poorly on the company’s professionalism and employer brand. Clear and timely communication, even when the outcome isn’t positive, goes a long way in showing respect for people’s time and effort. Unfortunately, this process felt like a complete waste of both.
