The interview process had four stages. One with the human resources team, then two sessions with the Product team and one session with the CTO and Founder. It was a very well-run process, well managed, with good expectation management. The follow-up was very close!

The interview process was great. I appreciated how much they prioritize cultural fit to maintain their strong company culture. Throughout the process, the P&C team was highly communicative and transparent, demonstrating great organization and structure. I had multiple interviews with different team members, which allowed me to get a sense of how it would look like working with them.

The goal of most questions was to understand how I applied PM skills in the past. The questions were tailored to my profile, with a focus on how I handled past challenges based on my professional experience.
I had a call with a person from HR, although she was very nice and easy to speak with, it felt like they didn't read my CV and were surprised about my experience.
